10 Mbps is recommended. All AI processing happens locally on your edge server, so very little data actually leaves your home. Your internet connection is only used for syncing results to your BioAlign Pro account.
No. Just plug in the edge server and connect it to your WiFi or ethernet. A setup wizard guides you through the rest. The software comes fully pre-installed and configured.
Yes. All video processing happens on the device itself. No video ever leaves your home. Only anonymized movement metrics are synced to your account for tracking and progress reports.
Yes. The system supports up to 7 cameras. You can purchase additional USB cameras and plug them in at any time. The system will automatically detect and configure them.
Subscriptions have a 1-year minimum commitment. After the first year, you can cancel with 30 days notice. You keep the hardware. Active monitoring will stop, but all your data stays on the device. You can resubscribe at any time to resume monitoring.
